This 6 weeks shred Gym based challenge is 6 days a week upper and lower split combining heavy and lighter weight training and higher and lower repetitions. This program is designed to help you mold & sculpt your muscle structure in tighter whilst creating more shape to your body, with HIIT cardio implemented in to assist in fat loss alongside your nutrition with one goal "to get you in the best shape you've ever been."
